Welcome to Hagema

Hagema AB is a contract mechanical manufacturing company with a focus on machining. We develop and produce mechanical components, from single parts and prototypes to smaller series production. The workshop is located approximately 20 kilometers south of Gothenburg City.

We can provide development and designwork in 3D CAD/CAM where we can develop comprehensive solutions from idea to finished product. We can process most materials such as aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, steel, stainless steel and plastics.

Milling

Currently we have seven CNC milling machines of various sizes in our workshop for different missions, three of these are 5-axis machines.

Micromilling

We produce components for laser equipment, medicine and space technology that have extremely high tolerance requirements. For this purpose we have a 5-axis Ultra Precision Machine placed in a temperature stable room where we can work with tolerances down to +/- 0.5μm. Customers for this type of machining is often found in the Space Industry, Electromechanical Industry and Technical Universities etc.

Verification

Control measurements takes place in our coordinate measuring machine, Aber Link AxiomToo with high accuracy which is placed in a temperature controlled room. For for verification of extreme precision dimensions at the micromilling process we use an optical measuring microscope with 500x magnification.
